REAP THE REWARDS – JOINTLY PRODUCING OUTCOMES

5.1

Phase 3: exploring impact

Welcome to Chapter 5 of our course! In the third phase of a transdisciplinary project, the jointly produced knowledge (and practices) are fed back into science and society.

Targeted products for science and practitioners have to be co-produced and implemented. Such products are like interventions in complex systems that have intended and unintended consequences.

Can you identify this third phase and associated tasks or challenges in your own transdisciplinary projects? What kind of challenges and tasks could occur in this phase? Write down what you would share in a discussion with peers.

Educator: Prof. Dr. Christian Pohl
