B-Roll Editing 1: Assets

You can add tracks by right-clicking on an empty space in the track control section and selecting add track. You can also drag and drop media clips above the highest video track (or below the lowest audio track) to create new tracks. We would recommend using new tracks for B-Roll elements. Now add all your assets to your timeline.

B-Roll Editing 2: Transitions and Text Elements

Text elements can be added with the effects Text and Text+. You can find these in the Effects Panel under Toolbox – Titles. Text+ is more advanced and complex, so we would recommend you start with Text instead. Under Rich Text you can add your text, but you have to add line breaks manually. The rest of the elements are similar to a word-processing application. Now add all the elements you need to finish your abstract.
