What is needed to provide a PowerPoint presentation with spoken text for your students?

Voice recordings can be embedded in PowerPoint presentations. You then upload the presentation to ADAM, the learning management system of the University of Basel. Your students can download it and when they play the presentation, they hear the text you have added to the slides.

Have the following aids ready:

• Laptop or computer with built-in microphone or a headset with microphone
  
• Microsoft Office PowerPoint that is pre-installed on every Unibas device (if you want to use the program on your private device, you have the possibility – as a member of the university – to download MS Office, incl. PowerPoint, for free via the asknet-shop.)
  
• Your personal AAI login for the learning platform ADAM and access to the corresponding workspace
