The University of Basel offers SWITCHportfolio to all university members since August 2021.

SWITCHportfolio is an e-portfolio that offers the following areas of application:

• Students can use SWITCHportfolio to create a learning diary or learning documentation.
• Lecturers can use SWITCHportfolio to provide evidence of a course’s performance, for example in the form of students continuously working on the portfolio throughout the course.

Use of the SWITCHportfolio is linked to the SWITCH edu-ID. This means that the portfolio can be used even when transferring to another educational institution or after leaving the University of Basel.
